CHRIS NIGHTSER

Ponca Tribe Member, Chris Nightser oversees the growth and daily operation of Miller Electric’s Prefabrication Shop, which has tripled in size under Chris’ leadership. Chris is also responsible for maintaining Miller’s UL listing E466157 for Wiring Assemblies and Data Center floor whips. Miller is currently the only contractor in the metro area to have this listing with UL and has been in business for 106 years. Prior to joining Miller Electric in 2003, Chris worked in manufacturing and logistics. In addition to five years of experience working in Miller’s Service Department, Chris holds certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Lean Behavior and the Five S’s (Sort-Simplify/Straighten-Sweep/Shine-Standardize-Sustain). Prior to joining Miller Electric, Chris participated in the OJEATC Apprenticeship Program and is a Licensed Electrician in Iowa and Nebraska. Chris has an Associate of Applied Science degree from Iowa Western Community College, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Bellevue University, and an (MBA) Masters of Business Administration from Midland University. He is a member of Phi Theta Kappa National Honors Society and Mentors high school students through Omaha’s ACE Mentoring Program. Chris has been volunteering for Habitat For Humanity for the past 10 years.

MARSHALL PRICHARD

Marshall Prichard is an enrolled member of the Northern Ponca Tribe. In 1990, Mr. Prichard started ASW Associate’s, Inc. a nationally recognized environmental remediation firm with international experience. The firm specialized in lead and asbestos remediation services. ASW also had an outstanding record of four years overseas experience in support of the Iraqi Mission for the US Department of Defense. The firm has provided consulting services to a diverse group of clients including the Argonne National Laboratory, Camp, Dresser & McKee, Black & Veatch Engineering, United States Army Corps of Engineers, AFCEE, EPA, and was a Preferred Contractor for Northup Grumman. Mr. Prichard successfully developed and led the successful procurement and marketing strategy for ASW that secured competitive federal contracts in excess of a $250M as well as developing a ‘Subcontracting Strategy” that successfully participated in Teaming Partnerships with major international firms with federal contracting capacity of over $6B.

GARY L. STOLTENBERG Sr

A member of the Northern Ponca Tribe of Nebraska and a former managing partner, owner and founder of a trade color separation and digital publication pre-press business in CA employing 30 individuals. Gary has extensive business and process management experience – He is a Senior Operations and Project Management Professional with expertise encompassing technical printing/pre-press systems, account development, effective sales and marketing plans and programs, financial management, budgeting and customer relations. Having hired, trained, motivated and led high quality responsive workgroups and teams, he has consistently accomplished all assigned goals, particularly as relating to overall cost reductions, improved manufacturing efficiencies, and customer and sales support satisfaction. Gary is acutely aware that it takes enthusiastic, innovative and decisive leadership to provide profits in today’s marketplace. He takes pride in being a self-starter who approaches goals with the absolute expectation of meeting and exceeding them.
